Rapture - a heart opening fire ceremony

Guided by the plant spirits of cacao and rosemary, we’ll explore sacred fire in four movements:

Melt: we’ll soften our minds through the candle flame and its mind and heart opening powers. We’ll explore gentle movement to open our hearts and generate heat in our bodies.

Purify: a time of sharing guided by fire’s invitation to transform the parts of you that feel hard, cold or numb. I’ll guide you through a powerful burn letter exercise. This is an opportunity to let go of any roles and masks that no longer serve you.

Rapture: we will emerge from the burn letter with guided movement to allow the fire element to fully warm our bodies and open our hearts. An opportunity to let yourself feel the exquisite joy and rapture of a clear and open heart.

Ground: we will seal and settle the fire energy with a calming meditation to ground the experience. Finish with tea, yummy snacks and sharing.

Enchanted - full day plant immersion

A full day and evening immersed in the plant kingdom. The immersion will start with a cocoa ceremony to anchor into the plant spirit field, followed by an interactive plant communication transmission and workshop. We’ll explore a range of practices to understand plants and how to merge into their consciousness field. After a nutritious lunch we’ll head into the forest for independent explorations and gather at the grandmother tree for a sunset group ceremony. We break for dinner and our evening ceremony will be a very special plant imitation into Rosemary, a beloved herb and plant ally. We’ll be moving through a dark famine activation to fully enter into Rosemary’s energetic quintessence.
